Michael Discepolo is a Director and a member of the Firm's CFO and Controllership Advisory Services Division. He brings years of experience providing advisory services to public and private companies of all sizes across life sciences, technology, financial services, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Marcum, Michael served as a Senior Manager at a specialized financial consulting firm where he supported clients with complex technical accounting matters, as well as served both private and public companies in interim management roles.  He assisted clients and led engagement teams through complex transactions including acquisitions, carve-outs, debt and equity issuances, reorganizations, and initial public offerings.
